The Content is protected by Canadian and international laws, including copyright, trademark, trade dress and other intellectual property laws.

All images on this site are for viewing only. To publish or use in any other way, a picture seen on The Site, you must first obtain a written licensing agreement.

The Site Terms do not alter the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Fred Chartrand.

If you are using The Site on behalf of an employer, client or other third party (collectively "Principal"), then you agree to be jointly and severally liable for any breach of these Site Terms by Principal; you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Site Terms on such Principal's behalf, and that such Principal agrees to indemnify Fred Chartrand for violations of these Site Terms.

The Site and Content are intended solely for viewing and getting to know the work of Fred Chartrand. Governing Law

These Site Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You agree not to bring any of action relating to the use of The Site or the interpretation of these Site Terms in any court in any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario, Canada and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of The Province of Ontario, Canada in the event that any matter related to these Site Terms is brought to court.

Termination

Notwithstanding any of these Site Terms, Fred Chartrand reserves the right, without notice and in his sole discretion, to block your use of The Site.

No Waiver

The failure of Fred Chartrand at any time to require performance by You of any provision of these Site Terms shall in no way affect the right of Fred Chartrand to enforce such provision, nor shall the waiver of any breach by You of any provision herein constitute a waiver of any succeeding breach or the provision itself.
